Festival Site Questions

If I do not want to camp - where can I stay?
Please check out one of our host hotels during the festival, The Westgate Motor Inn or the Riviera Motor Inn. Please click here for more information.

How do I get there?
We are located just off the Pike Lake Highway (#60) approximately 10 kilometres west of the city of Saskatoon. Take 22nd Street West right out of the city, stay on Highway #7 and watch for signs. Click on this link for a printable Map.

How much does it cost?
A day pass is $20.00 per person. A weekend pass is $40.00 per person. 12 and under are admitted free. And, this is a one time charge. There is no fee for anything else within the Festival. All workshops, concerts, dances, contests are totally FREE!!   (We except donations for the Saskatoon Food Bank at our admissions booth. While this is not mandatory, a little goes a long way and your help is much appreciated by those less fortunate than us.)

Is there Camping?
Plenty of FREE UN-SERVICED camping is available. Sorry, there are no hook-ups, no showers and no OPEN FIRES ALLOWED.

Is there a camping area for tents?
Yes, we have a treed area for tenters, but unfortunately you cannot leave your vehicle by your tent. It must be moved into the main parking lot.

Is there Handicapped Camping and Parking?
Limited amounts. We try to insure that as much space as possible is designated.

Is the Festival Wheelchair Accessible?
Partially. Being held outdoors there is a lot of rough terrain to cross and our washrooms being “porta-potties” are not wheelchair accessible.

Being at an outdoor festival, what if it rains?
All events are held in tents to provide shelter from the elements. Please bring your own lawn chair.

Is there seating in the main stage tent?
No. Bring your own lawn chair. We do have a small number of bleachers and benches, just in case you forget.

Can we buy Food at the Festival?
There's an on-site concession that serves up all the traditional festival fare burgers, hotdogs, coffee, cold drinks etc, and also features Soup and Bannock, Homemade pies, and much more. Supper specials, like "Beef on a Bun" are also featured.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Festival organizers discourage this. Small pets may be o.k., but must be kept on a leash and the festival is not responsible for any harm that may come to them.
